Message from the Assistant Principal

Melanie McCraney, Assistant Principal

 I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Claude H. and Stella M. Parson Elementary School. I was born and raised in Las Vegas Nevada, and I am a graduate of the Clark County School District. I have been an educator for over 20 years with the Clark County School District. I have taught Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade and served as a Special Education Instructional Facilitator. During my free time watching movies and spending time with my family.

I believe a collaborative school environment is the key to creating successful teachers and students. Partnerships among staff, parents and the community are essential to student success.
